Katrina Timeline

In one of the most helpful posts since Katrina, Rick Moran has created a timeline of the responses to Katrina. Drawing mainly from the Times-Picayune website, Moran's post is both helpful and illuminating.

The biggest questions are twofold: (1) Did FEMA and the Fed's actually do everything they promised, and (2) where was Nagin before he blew up on TV? It seems Blanco took the lead role in just about every pronouncement. Nagin, it seems, is more of an opportunist than anything.

It's going to be really interesting to watch this investigation happen.
