Lucian Staiano-Daniels is a social historian of seventeenth-century central Europe. An alumnus of St. John’s College and NYU, he received his PhD from UCLA in 2018 and was a Dan David Prize Fellow at Tel Aviv University in 2019-2020. He is currently a Visiting Young Scholar at the department of Economics and Quantitative Methods at the Università degli Studi in Milan, where he is finishing his first book.
