  1. There are many different kinds of rights. Epistemic, political, moral, and so-forth. The most common sort of rights-talk is political. Rights in this sense are (only) things that happen between people. I give some analysis of what this sort of right amounts to here:

  2. Well, my (probably unpopular) view is that it is fundamentally whatever you can do, which, of course, becomes limited by a variety of things.
