# The World and Everything in It: Facebook Timeline

That's the name of the [radio news show](http://www.worldandeverything.com/?ref=mereorthodoxy.com) that our friends at [World Magazine](http://www.worldmag.com/?ref=mereorthodoxy.com) launched a few months back.

Spearheaded by publisher Nick Eicher and his golden voice, it's probably the closest thing to NPR by a distinctly Christian outlet right now. [Ken Myers is still doing fantastic work in his own space](http://www.marshillaudio.org/?ref=mereorthodoxy.com), but World is clearly stepping into a different niche. And they are doing a great job of filling it.

[They let me go on for a bit about Facebook Timeline](http://www.worldmag.com/podcast/episode.cfm?eid=1093&ref=mereorthodoxy.com), the recent offering from the social network. I'm still learning radio, and I'm not sure it's my best performance. But you can hear me go on in typically idiosyncratic fashion, and perhaps find some edification there.
