In this episode, I talk with Jim Belcher of Deep Church fame, which was one of the most talked about books in 2009 (you can read my review here). In our conversation, we go over whether and how "Deep Church" fits in with Protestant distinctives, and we kick around his thoughts on the relationship between the church and culture.
At the end, Jim discusses the new book he is working on--his first explanation of it, I think, anywhere on the internets.
