We announced this on Twitter earlier in the week, but here’s the official announcement on our website: We’re running our first ever essay contest. We are going to publish seven essays, each of which arguing for why one of the seven Chronicles of Narnia books is the best in the series.
If you have a strong opinion about which book is best (and, really, who doesn’t?) write 1000 words on why your favorite is the best in the series and send it to me. I’ll review all entries and choose the seven best to publish on Mere O. The seven authors we eventually publish will each receive a $100 prize.
