The excommunication of Tyrone Willingham from the "Football Papacy" came as a surprise to many in the sports world. Notre Dame's decision further tarnished a rapidly fading image. Now [Willingham comes to Washington](http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=1944652&ref=mereorthodoxy.com), hopefully to restore respect and integrity to a once illustrious and competitive football program. Washington's reputation has soured in recent years, and Willingham will have his work cut out for him. It is a huge pickup for the Huskies though.
