Finally, the healthcare debate—at least one part of the debate—is being argued appropriately: around First Principles. The manner in which the Obama Administration is wishing to deliver on a campaign promise is startling. No less than bypassing standard procedure and popular consensus, Obama and his band of legislators are undermining the Rule of Law—so sacred a trust that to undermine it undermines all that is safe, secure, and predictable about American governance.

That said, I warmly recommend the [latest edition of the Morning Bell](http://blog.heritage.org/2010/03/19/morning-bell-this-process-is-undermining-the-rule-of-law/?utm%5Fsource=Newsletter&utm%5Fmedium=Email&utm%5Fcampaign=Morning%2BBell), compliments of the Heritage Foundation which investigates this issue in greater insight.

Be afraid, very afraid.
