My brother closes off some overly kind words with this:

If we judge the book by its handsome cover, the potential audience for Earthen Vessels is composed of evangelical Christians, theologians, philosophers, various other assorted intellectual types, and, quite possibly, highly confused semi-literate adolescents.

Amusing comparison.  However, I’d raise my brother two other, more similar titles that are a bit more….respectable.

John Piper and Eleonore Stump clearly aren’t bad company to be in.  I’m obviously at the forefront of a book cover revolution.
